There are four ways to buy products from Pets ‘n Bitz:-

1. Come along to the shop! 
This is our preferred way of course as we love to see our customers and their lovely pets

2. Deliveries
We will delivery FREE OF CHARGE to postcodes NE8, NE9, NE10 and NE11 for orders over £25. We also deliver to the following post codes for a flat charge of £3 per delivery: – NE1, NE16, NE21, NE31, NE37, NE38, NE39, DH2, DH3 and DH9.

For customers outside these post codes who are unable make it in to our shop please choose our postal service options when ordering on line.

3. Order on line and Click and collect
Please choose this option if you would like to order and pay online and come along to our shop and collect your goods. We will contact you when your item is ready to collect.

4. Order on line and Post
When ordering online you can choose Standard or Express delivery within the UK*

Standard Delivery
We will endeavour to deliver the items within 2/3 working days from dispatch if ordered before 12 and if an item is in stock

Express Delivery
We will endeavour to deliver the items within 1-2 working days from dispatch if ordered before 12 and if an item is in stock

The delivery cost is calculated based on weight and the cost will be shown at check out when you place an order.

*Restrictions may apply for some UK regions
